We provide Welding Machine Calibration(CC, CV), Welders Testing (Performance Qualification Test) by AWS Certified Welding Inspector in different processes and Fabrication Contract, Welding Job Work, Repair and Maintenance.
Onsite Training
We provide onsite training of welding in different processes e.g. SMAW, GTAW, GMAW(MIG/MAG),FCAW-GS, FCAW-SS, SAW to Welders, Supervisors and Engineers by AWS Certified Welding Inspector and Qualified Instructor up to 6G Welding position to meet ISO requirement.
Quality Inspection
We provide quality inspection of welding jobs by AWS Certified Welding Inspector.
Onsite non – destructive testing
Dye - Penetrant Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Ultrasonic Testing, and Radiography Testing) Tie up with many NABL approved labs for chemical analysis, hardness testing & mechanical testing (Bend, Tensile, Impact, Micro, Macro, Metallographic test etc.
Training and Consultancy
We provide training of Structural Fitter, Pipe Fitter, Fabricator and Scaffolding by Qualified Instructor.Also We conduct Training of Welding Inspector, Quality and NDT.
Sales and Service
We provide Sales and Service of all type of Welding Machine Transformer, Rectifier, Inverters and all type of lathe machines.
